DELIVERY POLICY

Your orders will be shipped within 4 business days. Within Turkey, our standard delivery takes 1-2 working days, while international deliveries take 3-7 working days. Please note that recipients will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges.

Once your order and payment details are verified, your shipping will be processed. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

For international orders, please note that we do not accept returns, except for incorrect or faulty items. For domestic returns, return within 15 days.
